256 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 256 platform. Please read it in full before registering or using any of the services provided. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 256 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
The 256 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 256 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account while a verification request is being processed.
These terms are written to govern the platform as it operates for users in Malaysia. All transactions and communications related to this platform are conducted in MYR (RM) unless otherwise stated.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 256 platform. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 256 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be using false or misleading information.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required prior to your first withdrawal or when account activity warrants a review. Documents that may be requested include a government-issued ID and proof of address.
Security & Password
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. 256 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activity that occurs in your account until we have been officially notified of any unauthorised access.
General User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the 256 platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to manipulate game outcomes through illegitimate means, using automation software or bots, payment fraud, money laundering, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform.
Users also agree not to disclose or distribute any platform content to third parties without prior written consent from 256. Violation of this obligation may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required.
Deposits can be made using local Malaysian payment methods listed under the Finance section of your account.
Withdrawals are processed to the registered bank account. Processing times vary depending on the method selected.
Any fraudulent payment attempts will be reported to the authorities and the account will be terminated immediately.
General Transaction Conditions: All deposits are final once confirmed. 256 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the support team. Bonuses and rewards may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — full details are available in the relevant promotion terms.
256 reserves the right to withhold payments for verification or investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected. Users will be contacted via their registered email address if such action is taken.
Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 256 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 256 accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
256 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or secure from external threats. We strive to maintain service continuity but cannot provide absolute assurance against disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Termination
256 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, multiple account usage, money laundering, or any activity that compromises the platform or other users.
In the event of account termination due to a breach, any remaining balance may not be refunded. Users whose accounts have been terminated unjustly may appeal by emailing [email protected] with relevant supporting evidence. 256's decision following the investigation is final.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 256 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of 256 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 256.
Third-Party Links
The 256 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 256 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third-party's terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
256 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
